DHD POLICY

To ensure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience at DHD; please arrive 10 minutes

prior to your scheduled appointment time.


Late Arrival: Late arrival without notification will be cancelled and/or rescheduled after 20

minutes.


New Client: A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all new clients of the

salon, and for returning clients who have not visited the salon more than six months after their

last appointment.


Waiting area: Our reception area is for clients that are being serviced. There are no guests or

children allowed in the salon unless they are receiving services.

Children: Children under the age of 8 who are not receiving a service are not allowed in the salon

for any reason.


Payment: Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products. We

do not accept personal checks. Gratuities are welcomed in cash and can be added to your total

services on a credit card. Please note: There will a $2.00 Processing Fees for Visa & Master Card

and $3.00 for American Express. If for any reason a client is dissatisfied with their cut or color

ONLY, we will gladly adjust the cut or color within four (4) days of the original appointment at

no additional charge. All permanent color & extension services require a prior consultation & a

50% deposit when booking.


Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an

appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client. Please provide 72 hours notice

for group cancellations.

No Shows: Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services.

First time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card

Walk-ins & Same day Appointments are welcome. However, a %50 deposit is required for same

day appointment.


Salon: Only the client receiving a hair service is allowed in the shampoo room, at the styling

stations and in the color processing area. Exception: clients with a disability.

Alcohol/Smoking: Alcohol and smoking is not allowed at DHD under any circumstances. We do

not have a liquor license.


Food and Beverage: We are happy to provide complimentary beverages and cookies.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.


Product Returns or Exchanges: All product returns must be within 30 days. A store credit will be

issued for opened products and a full refund will be issued for unopened products.

For Your Protection: DHD is not responsible for hair damage due to chemical and/or color

procedures. Please consult with your stylist prior to receiving services. DHD is not responsible

for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.
